CLICK HERE The past six years have been full of adventures and learning experiences. Currently, I am teaching with Memorial Early College High School. This campus is my new home, and I couldn't ask for better colleagues and administration. Having moved from studio art to include teaching Art History was the best decision. I had forgotten how much I loved art history. With this opportunity, I am preparing to take four amazing students to Europe this summer. We will be traveling to four different countries while learning about history and art. To prepare for this trip; I am stocking up on travel art supplies, sketchbooks, packing in a carry-on, and staying organized to help organize four high school students (eeep...) This trip is a launching point to start my Before I'm 40 Goals. I have four years, it is time to get focused. As far as the start of summer 2022 is concerned, I am glad to finally have it feel like a real summer. Teaching during a pandemic has been one of the hardest of my career. This summer I will appreciate what I have, look forward to my goals, and for the first time in a long time I can not wait for the start of school.
